Requirements from Tech Mahindra!! Kolkata

 

Designation: Flipkart CMB

Salary: 15,000 per month

Mode: Work from Home(Permanent)

Any Under Graduate/Graduate candidates can apply.

Job Role: Need to connect customers regarding complain, upsell etc.

Language: Bengali, understanding in English is required. Comprehension is also required.

Interview Round: 3 rounds interview will be conducted including Client round.

First round will be telephony, third round will be VC round.

Other requirements: Candidate should have Laptop/Desktop with Windows’10 configuration(Updated and activated). 4Gb RAM is required. Internet connection is required(Broadband/Wifi).

 

Every students needs to take snapshot of their laptop/desktop configuration and share to the hr while asking the same during hr calls.

Please Note: Mobile wifi is not acceptable as internet. Visual Impaired candidates are not eligible.
